We accept all major credit cards, and accept payment by cheque.
When paying by cheque please allow a little longer for your delivery as goods can only be dispatched once funds have cleared. Remember to add the appropriate delivery cost to help speed up delivery of your order.
Order Processing and Dispatch
Most orders receieved before 5pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day from our warehouse, subject to stock availability. However, if a next working day delivery is required please ensure your order is placed by 3pm. Orders received after 5pm and at weekends will be processed the next working day. In the unlikely event that we cannot meet your delivery requirements you will be contacted as soon as possible after your order has been received with our estimated delivery time and you may cancel your order if this is not acceptable to you.
From time to time we offer items before they reach our warehouse on a 'pre-order' offer. When you place an order in this way, availability information will be shown and we will let you know if this changes. If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so at any time by telephone or email - simply quoting your order number.
